Charleston Plan Wins Statewide Award
Once again the Fred Smith Company's Charleston
plan has been recognized for outstanding
design and value. The North Carolina Home Builder’s
Association selected the Charleston home
plan as the Best Affordable Home Single Family
Detached in North Carolina for 2004.
The Stars Awards were established to recognize exceptional advertising,
merchandising, product design and sales efforts. They were held at
the Westin Hotel in Charlotte, NC last week.
The Charleston also won a 2003 MAME award as the
Best Product Design
for a Single Family Detached Home Under 1,500 Square Feet Heated.
